Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Once payment is received, the product will be dispatched to the shipping address provided. Delivery will be by Australia Post or Sendle, our online store only ships orders within Australia.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


All orders are subject to stock availability, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
In the event that you supply incorrect payment and delivery details, we will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details you have provided. In the event that your supplied contact details are incorrect however, Sussanne’s Pantry will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case.


Australian standard delivery is 2-5 days depending on the location. Generally, a few more days for country and interstate. Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.


$10 flat rate for orders under $50, free shipping applies to all orders over $50.

Payment & Pricing

All pricing on our website is in Australian Dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase using PayPal or your choice of credit card. If using PayPal, it is not imperative to have a PayPal account, you are able to enter your credit card details as a one-off transaction. Both types of above payments are secure and meet Australian standards. Pricing may be different online than what can be found in stores or markets. Pricing may change at the discretion of SP Muesli.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us, simply email us within 4 days and return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. We are unable to refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.

Method of Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment, either PayPal or credit card. Please return the item in its original condition with packaging and proof of purchase/order confirmation.
